Privacy Policy

LAST MODIFIED: JUNE 3, 2026

At NextOnus Software (“NextOnus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), privacy and data protection are fundamental core principles of our system architectures. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, secure, and disclose information when you interact with our website (nextonus.com), our platforms, software toolchains, and AI agents.

1. Data Minimization Principles

We adhere strictly to the principle of data minimization: we do not collect personal data unless it is functionally necessary to deliver, compile, secure, or operate our software services. We do not engage in consumer profile building or sell user tracking telemetry to third-party ad brokers.

2. Information We Collect

NextOnus does not collect usage telemetry, tracking logs, or system analytics from your local environments or devices. The only data we collect is the information that you voluntarily submit through the contact and interactive forms on this website (such as your name, business email address, organization name, and message details).

3. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

NextOnus does not share information with outside brokers. Information is shared strictly with infrastructure sub-processors (such as AWS, Vercel, or database replication hosts) necessary to run our platform networks, as outlined in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

4. Security & Encryption Commitments

Every system built by NextOnus incorporates security at the core commit layer:

  • All active database transactions are protected by TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
  • Storage databases incorporate AES-256 block-level encryption at rest.
  • Isolated replicas are protected by isolated network VPC nodes.
