We design our platforms (including Mesh, Atlas, and Forge) to prioritize user privacy rights and enable GDPR compliance.

2. Data Subject Rights Under GDPR
EU residents have specific rights regarding their personal data, which we support through platform configurations:
- Right of Access & Rectification: You can request a summary of processed personal data or rectify inaccurate fields at any time.
- Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): You can request the permanent deletion of personal data from active nodes.
- Right to Data Portability: You can request your account details and metrics in a structured, commonly-used JSON format.
- Right to Object & Restrict Processing: You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests or request restricted scopes.
3. International Data Transfers
When transferring personal data outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) to our US database nodes, we utilize the European Commission’s approved Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) incorporated directly into our Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to ensure equivalent protection standards.
